💧 AquaClear™ DAF / DGF / IGF System
Dissolved, Dispersed & Induced Gas Flotation for Produced & Refinery Water

AquaClear™ flotation systems remove dispersed oil, suspended solids, and biological material from produced water and refinery process streams. The same vessel platform is offered in three flotation modes: **DAF** (dissolved air) for high-clarity polishing, **DGF** (dispersed gas with eductors) for hydrocarbon-heavy streams where atmospheric oxygen is undesirable, and **IGF** (induced gas with mechanical impellers) for compact offshore footprints.
Micro-bubble generation through a recycled-flow saturation vessel (DAF) or inert-gas eductors (DGF) produces 30–50 µm bubbles that attach to coagulated solids and float them to the surface. Coagulant and flocculant dosing trains are integrated upstream of the flash mix chamber, with pH adjustment and antifoam injection as optional add-ons. A chain-and-flight or rotating skimmer removes the float layer to a sludge thickener; clarified water exits the cell underflow for downstream filtration.
Compact rectangular and circular configurations are available — the rectangular cell minimizes residence time while the circular variant offers superior solids removal for high-foulant streams such as refinery API separator effluent.
