🔬 NanoFlow™ RO Desalination Skid
High-Rejection Reverse Osmosis for Oilfield Brines
NanoFlow™ RO systems deliver ultra-pure water from high-TDS produced water and formation brines. Purpose-built for the oilfield, with robust pre-treatment and anti-scalant dosing to handle the most challenging feed water chemistries.
Two-stage thin-film composite (TFC) spiral wound membranes operate at 70–85% recovery with energy recovery devices (ERD) on the concentrate stream for systems above 500 GPM permeate. 5-micron cartridge guard filters and SDI monitoring protect the membranes from upset feed.
Standard configurations cover brackish, seawater, and high-salinity oilfield service. CIP skids, antiscalant dosing, and remote diagnostics are integrated into a single ISO-shippable footprint.
