ChemDose™ packages integrate all chemical dosing functions — scale inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor, biocide, and oxygen scavenger — into a single pre-engineered skid with metering pumps, day tanks, and automated control.
Each injection line is independently calibrated and equipped with a calibration column, pulsation dampener, back-pressure valve, and isolation manifold. Day tanks include level transmitters, low-low shutdown, and bunded secondary containment.
The PLC supports closed-loop control from pH, ORP, and dissolved oxygen probes, with Modbus/SCADA integration so doses respond to real-time process conditions rather than fixed timers.
