ProFilter™ multimedia vessels use staged beds of anthracite, silica sand, and garnet to remove suspended solids, iron, and silica to single-digit NTU levels — critical for protecting downstream membranes and injection wells.

Each pressure vessel is sized for a service flow rate of 8–12 gpm/ft² with full automatic backwash at 15 gpm/ft². Backwash sequencing — air scour, low-rate rinse, full backwash, settle, return-to-service — is programmed into the on-skid PLC with operator override at the HMI.

Designed for continuous duty in dirty service: ASME-stamped vessels, internally lined with vulcanized rubber or fusion-bonded epoxy, with replaceable hub-and-lateral underdrains.
