The HydroGuard™ 3-Phase Separator delivers best-in-class oil-water-gas separation for high-volume produced water streams across upstream and midstream operations. Designed for wellsite deployment, it handles variable inlet conditions — slug flow, foaming, paraffin carryover — with consistent outlet water quality.

Internal coalescing media, momentum breakers, and a multi-stage demister section maximize hydrocarbon recovery while keeping outlet OiW under 10 mg/L. The vessel is engineered for ASME Section VIII Division 1 service and rated for up to 1,500 PSI working pressure with sour-service options available.

Skid-mounted construction includes inlet/outlet headers, level and pressure instrumentation, automated dump valves, and an HMI-ready control panel — pre-piped and pre-wired so the unit goes from flatbed to flowing in under a shift.
