Complete Factory-Tested Modular Treatment System
RapidDeploy™ containerized treatment trains are complete water treatment plants in ISO container frames. Each unit arrives pre-piped, pre-wired, and factory-tested for immediate deployment in remote or temporary production environments.
A full train integrates primary separation, DAF clarification, multimedia filtration, ultrafiltration, and either reverse osmosis or ion exchange polishing. Chemical dosing and SCADA control rails are bundled into a sixth utility container.
Designed for standard flatbed transport — no permits, no over-dimension restrictions. Power options cover grid, diesel genset, and solar-hybrid for fully off-grid wellsite operation.
