UpstreamDownstreamMembrane
UltraGuard™ PVDF hollow-fiber UF systems provide an absolute barrier to turbidity, bacteria, and colloids. Compact skid design makes them ideal for both permanent facilities and temporary well-site RO pre-treatment.
Outside-in flow with reverse-pulse backwash and chemically enhanced backwash (CEB) sequencing maintains stable trans-membrane pressure even on dirty feeds. Integrity testing (PDT) is automated on a programmable interval.
Standard modules use 0.02 µm absolute PVDF fiber with high break-strength and chlorine tolerance up to 200 mg/L for sanitation cycles.
