🧱 Cartridge Filtration Skid
Single & Multi-Round Cartridge Vessels for Membrane Protection

Cartridge filtration is the final guard stage upstream of membrane and polishing systems. WFS supplies single-round and multi-round (3R / 7R / 12R / 24R) cartridge housings with eyebolt or swing-bolt lid, mounted as a skid with header piping and differential pressure monitoring.
Filter cartridges include pleated (high surface area, low Δp, washable variants), melt-blown polypropylene (depth filtration, true absolute ratings), string-wound (cost-effective depth), and absolute-rated cartridges (validated removal efficiency to 99.98%). Materials cover PP, PE, glass fiber, PTFE, and stainless mesh.
Multi-round skids handle flows from 5 to 500 m³/hr in a single skid footprint. Standard cartridge lengths are 10″, 20″, 30″, and 40″ — 222/226 fin-end or DOE configurations.
