♻️ ZeroDischarge™ ZLD Evaporation System
Zero Liquid Discharge for High-Salinity Brines
ZeroDischarge™ MVR evaporators concentrate high-salinity produced water and refinery brine to crystalline solids, achieving true Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and eliminating dependence on Class II injection wells.
A falling-film evaporator with mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) recovers latent heat from the vapor stream — typical specific energy is 25–35 kWh per m³ of distillate, an order of magnitude lower than thermal-only designs. A downstream crystallizer or forced-circulation evaporator polishes the brine to a transportable solid.
Distillate quality consistently meets boiler feed and reuse specifications (TDS < 10 mg/L), turning a disposal liability into a reusable water asset.
